    The location in a very nice area was perfect and magnificent and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby. Btw, the airport was 25 km away. I ate at a very comfortable restaurant for breakfast.

    A 5* house of manageable size, quiet and stylish, situated on the most beautiful and widest beach section of the northern Zona Hotelera. Fulfills all requirements of the upscale hotel industry. Great pools, no animation, very comfortable beds and excellent linen, very good breakfast buffet, very good and motivated staff. A real stylish oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun. Very nice restaurants in the hotel and quite fair service charges. Any time very gladly again.

    Swimmable water, perfect for families. The staff, particularly Gonzalo and Mario, were really good. Some amenities felt a bit dated, and the room had a slight musty odor.

    The hotel had a lovely ocean view and most staff were friendly, providing solid service. Although the food quality varied and the beach had some algae, the spa experience was relaxing. A nice vacation with room for improvement in dining and maintenance of facilities.

    Probably one of the best hotels in Cancun Beach.

    Unfortunately the whole coast is blocked and the beaches are full of seaweed.

    Very nice Beach Experience and Excellent Service

    The beach was clean with plenty of palapas for shade, and the margarita pizza I had there was one of the best I've ever tasted. The room was spacious and luxurious, providing all the comfort I needed. My only concern was the check-in process, which took longer than expected.
